Form + Foundation Pilates apparatus Workshop
Form + Foundation is an 8-part Pilates apparatus-conditioning series designed to help you build a strong, intelligent movement practice from the inside out. This workshop is perfect for beginners new to Pilates, returning clients needing a technique reset, and intermediate students ready to deepen their understanding.
Held in small groups of up to 8 students, you’ll learn the essential Pilates principles, anatomical alignment, breathwork, and core activation techniques that empower safe, strong, and graceful movement on the Reformer, Tower, and Chair.

Pilates Essential - Apparatus Conditioning
The essential level Pilates apparatus-conditioning class is a fundamental Pilates class using the spring coil and retractable rope system of all pieces of Apparatus, including the reformer, tower and chair. Anatomical principles, proper technique, breath and abdominal engagement are emphasized while performing the more established beginner to intermediate repertoire in a group of up to 8 students.
Pilates Athletic - Apparatus Conditioning
The Athletic level Pilates apparatus-conditioning class is a more advanced level sports conditioning & functional movement class using the spring coil and retractable rope system of all pieces of the Apparatus, including the reformer, tower and chair. Learn specifically how to train the mind body power by incorporating the Pilates apparatus with the use of sport specific props such as Bosu, Stability Ball, Wall Band, Kettle Bell, Resistance Rings, Hand Weights, Cat Slides, and Hand-Held Vibrational Rod systems. (Prop choice changes weekly). Anatomical principles, proper technique, breath and abdominal engagement are emphasized while performing a more powerful sport specific & functional movement repertoire in a group of up to 8 students.
Pilates Cross+Core - Floor Conditioning
The Pilates CROSS+CORE floor-conditioning class is a well rounded routine of lying, seated and standing core work with an emphasis on overall strength & balance using props such as Bosu, Stability Ball, Wall Bands, Foam Roller, Kettle Bell, Resistance Rings, Hand Weights, Cat Slides and Hand Held Vibrational Rods. (Prop choice changes per class.) Anatomical principles, proper technique, breath and abdominal engagement are emphasized while performing an all-level Pilates and core conditioning repertoire in a group of up to 12 students.
